What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas. Or Does It?
Not when you attend the largest new media conference in the world – BlogWorld Expo. I’ll be heading to Las Vegas, Nevada for the 3rd year in a row to attend BlogWorld. ServerBeach, our dedicated hosting division of PEER 1 will be exhibiting at the trade show also for the 3rd year in a row so be sure to stop by the booth and say hello to me and the ServerBeach crew at booth #411. While you’re there you can pick up some cool Beach swag.
I love going to BlogWorld, it’s really an amazing conference. Not only do I get to meet the other vendors, learn about new businesses, software, and tools, I get the opportunity to meet so many brilliant people from all over the world. I learn about their blogs, their businesses, their passions, and make some great connections each year. Last year, I was interviewed by a well-known podcaster to discuss what exactly ServerBeach was and what it had to offer people..in other countries. This year it looks like it’s going to be huge (it’s been growing little by little each year since BlogWorld began) with more than 50 seminars, panel discussions and keynotes from iconic personalities on the leading-edge of online technology and internet-savvy business and 280+ speakers that include: Guy Kawasaki, Chris Brogan, Jeremiah Owyang, and so many more.
New this year is the BlogWorld & New Media Expo Photowalk 2009, Thursday October 15th, at 10 p.m. in front of the Bellagio fountains (by the driveway entrance), and head north on Las Vegas Blvd. toward Caesar’s Palace. When we finish, upload your photos to Flickr and tag them with Blogworld09, Photowalk, LasVegas
I’m really looking forward to BlogWorld again this year. I’d have to say it’s one of my favorite conferences to attend. Hope to see you there!
